Postural Restoration Institute

Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI) is a philosophy that recognizes the natural asymmetries in the body. Overreliance on these asymmetries could contribute to chronic pain and injuries. Through the integration of breath work, movement, vision, and neurology, PRI takes a holistic approach to restoring balance in the body.
